Defy Technologies is a forward-thinking provider of innovative drone solutions tailored for the construction industry. We specialize in Drone-as-a-Service (DAAS), construction-focused software subscriptions, and custom drone hardware for mapping, monitoring, and data analytics.
**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a dynamic **Account Executive** with proven experience in software sales to drive growth by selling our drone services and SaaS solutions. You’ll target construction firms, engineering companies, project managers, and other B2B clients, positioning our offerings as indispensable tools for modern construction workflows. This role combines **hunting new clients**, nurturing relationships, and closing deals in a fast-evolving tech landscape.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify and engage decision-makers at construction firms, engineering companies, and infrastructure projects.
- **Sales Cycle Management**: Guide prospects from discovery to close, including demos, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- **Product Expertise**: Articulate the value of DAAS, software subscriptions (e.g., mapping analytics, fleet management), and custom drone solutions.
- **Collaborate with Marketing**: Leverage campaigns, webinars, and industry events to generate pipeline.
- **Market Feedback**: Share insights to refine product positioning and pricing.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, **with a focus on software/SaaS solutions**.
- Familiarity with construction, engineering, or industrial tech markets (a plus).
- Excellent communication/presentation skills for C-suite and field operators.
- Willingness to travel 20-30% for client meetings/events.
Pay: ₹10,351.81 - ₹33,066.02 per month
