About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. You will work closely with the client's AR department, supporting invoice processing, payment entries, reconciliations, and follow-ups. This role requires the ability to manage high-volume international transactions efficiently while coordinating with a global team across time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process invoices on a daily basis.
  • Enter customer payments, record transactions, and ensure timely updates in the system.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
  • Collaborate with the client's AR team (6–7 members) to assist with daily workload.
  • Handle high-volume transactions (up to 600–700 bank deposits daily).
  • Ensure timely closing of ledgers to support the overseas team due to time zone differences.
  • Maintain documentation and prepare AR-related reports as required.
  • Coordinate effectively with an international finance team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
  • Hands-on experience in invoicing, payment entries, and reconciliations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in coordination with a global team.
  • Comfortable handling high transaction volumes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with international clients or cross-border teams.
  • Knowledge of ERP/Accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
