**Key Responsibilities**
- **Coordinate with external creative and ad agencies** to develop, plan, and implement digital content across platforms (Meta, Instagram, Google, etc.).
- Ensure **timely and accurate execution of content calendars** in line with marketing strategy and seasonal business priorities.
- Monitor, manage, and respond to **daily IVR and inquiry calls** generated through social media campaigns and customer engagements.
- Liaise with internal teams and vendors to **execute offline marketing activations**, including event setups, retail promotions, and branding initiatives.
- Provide periodic analytics and reporting on campaign performance.
- Manage ad placements and budgeting across **Meta Ads Manager** and **Google Ads Console**.
- Maintain a working knowledge of **SEO basics** to ensure discoverability of campaigns and digital content.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by the leadership team.
- Must be fluent and articulate in **English**—both spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of **advertising, branding, and media planning** is essential.
- Hands-on experience with **Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO** tools is mandatory.
- Proficiency in **MS Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in a media agency, marketing role, or content execution capacity will be an added advantage.
