Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Female Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in social media marketing and brand promotion. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and emerging digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and manage daily posts, stories, reels, and campaigns across social platforms.
  • Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing reports and insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing posts and campaigns.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
  • Stay updated with current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Support offline marketing events, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital or social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in managing business accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
