Decathlon Sports India is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Social Media team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic field of sports marketing and social media management. You will be responsible for overseeing influencer campaign execution, social media planning and execution, as well as ensuring all necessary documents are updated and shared with concerned stakeholders in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution and management of influencer campaigns, including identifying suitable influencers, coordinating collaborations, and monitoring campaign performance.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, track campaign performance, and generate reports to evaluate the success and impact of social media initiatives.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into the company's social media strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure all documents required by concerned stakeholders are updated, organized, and shared on time.
- Assist in scheduling and managing social media calendars, including content planning, posting, and optimization.
- Support the social media team in conducting research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and a good understanding of the sports industry.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
