**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Market Research: Conduct detailed research on fintech industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive strategies to identify business opportunities.
- Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and partners to build and nurture professional relationships.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare and update documents, track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and provide feedback for process optimization.
- Learning & Development: Document daily learning, share knowledge through presentations, and collaborate with senior teams for skill enhancement.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales support roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using basic AI tools and internet-based research
- Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and manage targets
Performance Evaluation & Growth Opportunity:
- Performance will be evaluated after 3 months based on key deliverables and team contribution
- High performers will be considered for Team Lead (TL) roles based on evaluation outcomes and leadership potential.
