6 Invoicing

Sharing Invoice with the Finance team to process the vendor invoice once

approved by Manager

Cafeteria

1 Cafeteria Menu Planning Coordinate with the dietician and vendor for menu planning.

2 Monthly Requisition Ordering Monthly required pantry consumables.

3 Daily Consumption Tracker Maintaining daily consumption Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks.

Maintaining Employee

Feedback

Employee feedback tracker is maintained and share with the vendor for action

plan.

5 Daily Fruit Tracker Maintaining Daily food consumption tracker.

6 Weekly Cafeteria Inventory Maintaining Cafeteria weekly inventory for cutlery, crockery and glassware.

7 Negative Feedback Escalating negative feedback with the vendor.

8 Cafeteria Invoice

Monthly invoices are checked and verified and then shared with the Finance

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
