Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to support the Director of our company. This role is instrumental in ensuring efficient operations and smooth communication within the executive office.
- **Qualification**:
- Graduation + 3-4 years of experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or child development sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and convey the unique value of our child development programs.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and educational institutions.
- Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor our offerings to meet those needs effectively.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive enrollment and meet revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the community.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our child development programs and services.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
- Communicate with warmth and enthusiasm to effectively convey the value of our services.
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate prospective clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to enhance our services and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and address client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
