**Job Objective**:
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for organizing the executive's schedule, enabling a focus on high-priority tasks. Additionally, the assistant will conduct research and present findings in graphical or tabular formats to facilitate better decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Schedule Management**: Organize and manage the executive's calendar, ensuring optimal time allocation for critical tasks.
- **Research and Reporting**: Research assigned topics, compiling data into clear, concise reports using graphical and tabular formats.
- **Meeting Summaries**: Listen to or read transcripts of meetings, summarizing key points.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with vendors and service providers to coordinate and complete various tasks and projects.
- **Multitasking**: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- **Phone Call Management**: Answer phone calls in a professional manner, directing inquiries and taking messages as necessary.
- **It is mandatory to answer the Screening Questions & TESTs to get shortlisted**_

**Desired Skills and Attributes**:

- **Minimum Experience**: 1 Year experience as Personal Assistant/ Secretary or Executive Secretary
- **Listening Skills**: Excellent ability to actively listen and comprehend detailed information.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong command of English with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Common Sense**: Practical problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- **Intellectual Capacity**: Ability to understand complex information and think critically.
- **Organizational Skills**: Highly organized with a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Age Criteria - 25 to 37 (Female)**_
- **Experience - min 2 Years as Personal Assistant or EA**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
