**Job Title**: Personal Assistant to Managing Director
**Location**: Sanpada
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide full administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in follow-ups on pending tasks, projects, and communications.
- Manage office documents, filing systems, and records efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely flow of information and updates.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and personal errands as required.
**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Preferred Skills**
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic business needs.
- Knowledge of business etiquette and professional correspondence.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
