**About the role**

You will be part of the leadership team and share responsibilities with the founders. The set of responsibilities will change over a period of time as the priorities of the company change.
Listing a few below:

- Product management: Own and manage product life cycles from strategic planning to tactical activities, conception to launch.
- Team building, hiring & management: Building a strong cohesive culture through sourcing and hiring people who fit the spirit of the organisation. Helping manage and run scrums, meetings and facilitate cross-functional projects
- Strategy and planning: Helping structure and implement team goals, short-term and long term planning, progress monitoring
- Operations & Execution: Supporting product releases, gathering user information, performing market research
- Project Management - Keeping the long term progress of the company in mind, you will be running strategic projects in collaboration with the founding team. You will be owning end to end planning, execution and continuous tuning of these projects.

Yup, it's a whole lot that’s possible, but mostly 1 or 2 projects at a time, and we try and match you with what your area of interest is, and where your skill-sets lie. It is definitely a people-first role hence communication, collaboration and team management are key skills we look out for.

Gurgaon. This role demands work from office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
