**Job Overview**

Metvy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entrepreneur-in-Residence
(EIR) to collaborate closely with the founders in the company's day-to-day operations. The EIR will be pivotal in community management, digital marketing, and offering operational support. This hybrid role demands a hands-on approach, creative problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for education and mentorship.

**Job Location**: Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Online Community Management: Nurturing a Positive and Engaging Learning
Environment
Digital Marketing Strategy Execution: Attracting & Retaining Users through
Operational Support: Assisting Founders with Daily Tasks like project management, process improvement, and resource allocation.
User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with the team to identify growth opportunities, and refine product offerings.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
