**Job Title: Pre-Sales Coordinator (Real Estate)**

**Location**: Noida, Sector 2 (Near Sector 15 Metro Station)

**Department**: Sales & Marketing - Pre-Sales Coordination

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and schedule client meetings and site visits with the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate between clients and Sales Team to ensure timely follow-ups and meeting confirmations.
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, feedback, and activity logs.
- Provide project information, pricing, and availability to potential buyers.
- Ensure pre-sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Act as a support system for the Sales Managers to enhance their efficiency and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
- Minimum **3 months of experience** in Real Estate or a customer-facing sales support role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Professional attitude and a customer-first approach.
