Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Sector-64 Noida

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator who will support the sales team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in billing, preparing Proforma Invoices (PI), maintaining sales records, and working efficiently on Tally ERP for invoicing and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team and clients for order processing and follow-ups.

  • Generate Proforma Invoices (PI), Sales Orders, and Tax Invoices in Tally ERP.

  • Handle billing, payment follow-ups, and dispatch coordination.

  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.

  • Coordinate with accounts and logistics teams for smooth order execution.

  • Support sales executives in preparing quotations and price lists.

  • Track inventory and ensure product availability for orders.

  • Assist management with MIS reports, sales analysis, and documentation.

  • Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or billing.

  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (mandatory).

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good communication and coordination abilities.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
