We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our HR team as Recruitment Trainee. This role is ideal for interns or freshers passionate about learning the recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and contributing to the company’s growth.

**6 MONTHS OF INTERNSHIP AND THAN FULL TIME JOB**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Employer Branding: Assist with promoting the company’s employer brand through social media and other recruitment platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to understand job requirements and help develop recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Skills:

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- A basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using recruitment software/tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attitude:

- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Proactive and positive approach
- Attention to detail and a knack for identifying good talent
