Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Management Trainee Human Resources at Shalby Limited. The Management Trainee will support day-to-day HR functions, including assisting with HR management, developing and enforcing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Tasks include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and supporting HR projects and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and coordinate content for 
    Shalby ELITE
     and the 
    JD Manual
  • Write and finalize job descriptions in collaboration with department heads
  • Handle recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, offer rollout
  • Oversee joining formalities: documentation, ID generation, induction
  • Assist with employee transfers, HR scorecards, KRAs, and monthly HR data reporting
  • Coordinate with corporate communication and internal teams as needed
  • Support with presentations and additional HR assignments

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in recruitment and HR coordination
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with HRMS and tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
