**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated US IT Recruiter with a focus on direct hire job orders to join our dynamic team. As a Direct Hire Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT professionals for our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Good understanding of direct hire job requirements, including technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in US IT recruitment with a focus on direct hire placements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Ceipal (ATS) is a plus.
