**Job Title**: US Non-IT Recruiter
**Location**: Ahmedabad India
**Department**: Talent Acquisition
Reports To: Director
**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of non-IT roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in US non-IT recruitment.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in US non-IT recruitment, preferably with a staffing agency or RPO.
Proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting top talent for various non-IT roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience working with US-based clients in various non-IT industries.
Familiarity with US employment laws and regulations.
Experience using social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
