Location: Hyderabad

Time: 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Acting as the point of contact among, employees, clients and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing CEO calendars and set up meeting
- Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills.
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Excellent MS Office knowledge & Statistics
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
