About the Company:
We are an early-stage AI-based EdTech startup focused on delivering intelligent chatbot and automation solutions for schools, colleges, and coaching institutes. Our solutions improve student outcomes by providing 24x7 learning support through AI-powered platforms.
We are rapidly expanding and looking for **dynamic B2B Sales Executives** to onboard educational institutions across India.
Role Summary:
You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding colleges, coaching institutes, and educational partners for our AI products. You will directly report to the founding team and receive high commissions per conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach decision-makers in colleges/coaching centers
- Deliver product demos (online or in-person)
- Follow up with leads and convert into paying customers
- Achieve monthly targets and report performance
- Collect feedback from clients and suggest improvements
- Represent the company at local events or education fairs (if any)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th pass / undergraduate / graduate (any stream)
- Experience in field sales / edtech sales / B2B outreach preferred
- Must have good communication and persuasion skills
- Passionate about sales, startups, and making impact in education
- Self-starter with access to smartphone & internet
Compensation:
- **Commission-based**: ₹2,000 to ₹10,000 per sale
- **Incentives & Performance Bonuses**:
