Position: Commission-Based Sales Executive
Work Type: Remote / On-Field (Flexible)
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary)

Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented Sales Executives who are passionate about technology and sales. You'll be responsible for selling our products and to businesses, institutions, and HR professionals.
This role is ideal for go-getters who want unlimited earning potential and freedom to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients: HR Managers, Colleges, Startups, Training Institutes, and Businesses.
- Promote and demonstrate & features and benefits.
- Generate leads through cold calls, social media, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings, online demos, and close deals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategy.
Who Can Apply

- Prior experience in B2B, EdTech, SaaS, or HRTech sales is a plus.

Earning Structure
Pure Commission-Based – No Fixed Salary
- Earn up to 30% commission per sale
