**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate and nurture leads to build a client base for buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with expert advice on market conditions and property trends.
- Negotiate and finalize property transactions to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, regulations, and competitive properties.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Must have a graduate degree.
- **Age**: 33 to 50 years.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proven sales ability and customer service experience (preferred).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of real estate market.
