**Job Title: Direct Sales Representative (DSR) - Marketing**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Promote and sell the company’s products or services to prospective clients and customers.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals.
- Identify and build relationships with potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and follow up on opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Regularly follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and generate repeat business.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand promotional strategies, product information, and marketing materials.
- Communicate customer feedback to help refine marketing strategies and improve products/services.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and other promotional activities.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights into customer preferences and potential sales strategies.
- Analyze customer data and sales performance to optimize future sales efforts.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in direct sales or marketing, preferably in [industry-specific field].
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
- Knowledge of market research and sales strategies.
- Basic understanding of CRM software or sales tools is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in Automobile sales.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, social media, etc.).
- Fluency in English, Hindi
