**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- **Communication and Correspondence**:

- Coordinate communication between departments, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external parties, handling communication efficiently.
- **Calendar and Schedule Management**:

- Manage and organize calendars for executives or team members, ensuring all meetings, events, and appointments are scheduled and prioritized appropriately.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare itineraries and ensure that all necessary documentation and materials are available before meetings or trips.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled, such as booking venues and preparing agendas.
- Take meeting minutes, capturing important details, decisions, and action items.
- Follow up on meeting outcomes, ensuring tasks and deadlines are communicated and tracked.
- **Document Management**:

- Maintain and update databases, records, and files, ensuring information is accurate, confidential, and accessible when needed.
- Prepare and format documents such as presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and contracts.
- Ensure the proper handling of sensitive and confidential information in line with company policies.
- **Project Assistance**:

- Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and resources.
- Provide support in research and gathering information for project development or business strategies.
- Coordinate with various team members to ensure projects are on track and contribute to resolving any issues.
- **Client and Vendor Relations**:

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, or agreements.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and other financial aspects related to client or vendor interactions.
- **Event and Travel Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, team-building activities, or company gatherings.
- Organize travel for staff or executives, including the preparation of travel itineraries, accommodations, and expenses.
- **Office Management**:

- Ensure the office is well-organized, managing supplies, equipment, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
- Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for office supplies, equipment, or services needed for day-to-day operations.
- Handle basic office maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- **Time Management and Prioritization**:

- Help the team or executives prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and goals.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
