**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and photographers professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
**Client Coordination & Bookings**:
- Manage appointment scheduling and photography session bookings.
- Provide information about services, pricing, and packages.
- Confirm bookings, send reminders, and follow up with clients.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain client records, contracts, and invoices.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks like tracking payments and expenses.
- Coordinate with photographers and team members for smooth workflow.
**Social Media & Marketing Support (Optional)**:
- Assist in managing social media posts and client engagement.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a receptionist, administrator, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and appointment scheduling software.
Basic knowledge of photography industry (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
