We are seeking a **highly motivated and skilled International Calling Process Agent** to join our team.

As an International **Calling Process Agent**, you will be responsible for **handling inbound calls from the USA market** for cable and internet services.

Your primary role will be to **cross-sell and up-sell the products** of **cable and internet services** to the customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling **inbound calls from the USA market for cable and internet services**:

- **Understanding customer needs and requirements**:

- **Offering relevant products and services to customers**:

- **Upselling and cross-selling the products** of cable and internet services
- Achieving **sales targets on a regular basis**:

- **Resolving customer queries** and complaints
- **Maintaining customer satisfaction** by providing **excellent customer service**:

- Ensuring compliance with **company policies and procedures**

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 12th pass**:

- **Fluent in English communication**:

- Good **convincing and selling skills**:

- Must have **experience of at least 1 year in BPO sales** profile in **international countries like USA, UK, Austrian**:
