Job Description: Customer Support Executive

Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Bangalore

**Salary**: 16,000 - 20,000 INR CTC

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our

team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service and

customer-centric approach, and fluency in Kannada.

Key Responsibilities:
timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

- PUC (Pre-University Course) or any degree.
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada and basic proficiency in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with patience and

professionalism.
- Proficiency in using Word and Excel.
- A customer-centric attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
