Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development/Tender Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication both with internal and external stakeholders. The role holder will be based in Gurugram.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA / BE in Civil/Mech Engineering / Business Administration.
- 3-8 years in Business Development
- Should have good relations with key contacts at Fabricators, General Contractors &, Engineering Firms.

Good Knowledge of tender filling.
- Should have good contacts in sectors like Railways, Steel & Iron Industry, Fabrication Industry and PEB.
- Must have knowledge about tender filling bid and submission
- Should have a demonstrated track record in internet advertising and social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter.
- Exceptional Negotiating skills.
- Good Customer relationship management.
- Stay Updated about current market trends & should be able to anticipate future market trends.
- Should have potential to anticipate best opportunities in volatile market conditions.
- Should be able to anticipate potential threats for business.
- **Should be a team player who builds synergies along with execution teams to deliver best solutions to the customers.**

Pay: ₹10,268.14 - ₹35,158.81 per month
