
Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Key role in driving & growing our mobile app & website’s engagement and retention metrics
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Job Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Computer skills
- Ability to work in harmony with other team members
Work Experience: - One to two years working experience
Qualification : Any Bachelors Degree /+2/Diploma preferred
Own laptop more preferred for WFH convenience
Work type - WFO & WFH (as per the organizational requirement)
Weekly once week off
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
