We are seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Pune. The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to drive our corporate sales efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in the corporate sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction of terms and conditions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services and address any client issues promptly
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products/services
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within [your industry or sector]
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
