The Sous Chef is responsible for managing food production and procurement, maintaining

quality standards, and assisting the Executive Chef with cost control and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee food production and ensure adherence to standard recipes and quality

specifications.
- Assist with menu planning, cost control, and budget management.
- Ensure proper stock levels and monitor wastage to minimize food costs.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and quality food output.
- Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality, presentation, and taste standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
- Coordinate with the F&B Controller for inventory management and cost tracking.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure skill development and adherence to kitchen

protocols.
- Implement and maintain HACCP certified food safety practices.
