Ø Need a strong technical team member who has hands-on experience in coding scripts specifically in the following languages - Jira Power scripts (SIL Scripts) and/or Jira Groovy scripts (Script runner scripts).

Ø Should have hands-on experience in creating, customizing complex Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, screens, notifications, permissions.

Ø Should have hands-on experience in releasing multiple and complex Jira, Confluence changes across environments with thousands of end-users.

Ø Should have experience in installing, configuring, rolling-out key Jira plugins.

Ø Should have knowledge of Jira datacenter setup and configuration on the AWS cloud.

Ø Should have experience with working in Agile/Scrum teams, with good knowledge of Agile principles

Ø Should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand enterprise architecture, build prototypes, present design and demos to end customers and senior management.

Ø Configure, manage, and enhance Jira and Confluence tools, including native functionality as well as researching, testing, and implementing plugins.

Ø Troubleshoot access and/or performance issues

Ø Provide Jira SME support to customers

Ø Create and maintain scripts

Ø Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports

Ø Responsible for understanding the current process, gathering requirements, investigating potential solutions, analyzing the impact, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing solutions.

Ø Interacting with Project Managers, Managers, Developers, Network Engineers, and other Administrators

Ø Create, manage, and support all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian product suite

Ø Create and maintain technical documentation and user-guides

Ø Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs

Ø Understand system architecture of upstream and downstream impacts when implementing solutions

Ø Must be Customer Service driven mindset with strong relationship building skills
