Job Description
Role: System Admin for JIRA and Confluence Experience 2-3 years.
Description:

- Work with teams across the organization to discover, scope, and implement Jira

and Confluence workflows that meet their business needs.
- Provide level 1 - 2 administrative support for Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket and

Github Applications
- Accountable for day to day service management and operations, support tickets
- Work with the user community to troubleshoot and resolve issues Jira,

Confluence and Bitbucket and Github
- Create complex Jira workflows including project workflows, security schemes,

screen schemes, permission and notification schemes
- Configure metrics, dashboards, reports, and advanced filters in Jira/Confluence

to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful
operational/performance metrics and status reports
- Solid understanding of JIRA/Confluence and experience configuring, maintaining

and administering the tools
- The ability to interpret and translate business requirements to Jira and

Confluence
- A team oriented individual with a positive attitude and a motivated personality
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Fast learner who understands organizational and business functions and needs
- Experience collaborating with all functional areas within the company, such as

Engineering, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, UX, Support, IT and Project
Management.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience with configuration and administration of Atlassian

Products such as Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket and key 3rd-party add-ons
- Experience with Ticket and Issues Handling
- Knowledge in one or more languages like: Bash Scripting, Python, Java
- Experience in administering, customizing Jira projects, Confluence Spaces and

Bitbucket repositories and projects.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good to have Project management, Agile methodologies, Collaboration tools,

Continuous integration.
- Experience with SDLC, ITIL, and Agile frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
