_**Job Summary**:_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage effective Facebook ad campaigns that align with client goals and business objectives.
- Conduct audience research and create targeted ad sets to reach the right customers.
- Optimize campaigns through data-driven insights to maximize performance and ROI.
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates, making necessary adjustments to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives, including ad copy, graphics, and videos.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, images, and audiences to identify top-performing assets.
- Analyze competitor campaigns to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and improvement areas.
- Stay updated with Facebook’s latest advertising features, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans for scaling ad campaigns to achieve higher revenue and client satisfaction.
- **Requirements**:_
- Hands-on experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor, along with experience in campaign setup and optimization.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights for data-driven decision making.
- Experience with audience targeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audience creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client communication.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
