- Work on strategy how to utilize more of social media communication (Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and ultimately inbound leads
- Manage daily communication on ocial media
- Create creative newsletter’s content
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns using tools like: Facebook / Instagram Ads
- Regular reporting and analytics using Google Analytics and advertising platforms of major social media
- Scaling and handling high budgets
- Understands ad copy and human psychology
- Competitors Analysis
- Understanding landing page optimization is a plus
- Bringing new ideas to the table - we are a startup after all, always striving for improvement

**What You Need to Get the Job Done**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position and a proven, successful track record of running social media profiles and digital marketing campaigns
- Interest in digital marketing and technology industry
- Analytical mindset - we are in a digital data world and we need you to be able to draw insights, conclusions and recommendations from data
- Ability to lead a project from inception to completion and analysis
- Strong professional communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
- Proactive and get-things-done type of attitude
- Basic knowledge of setting up paid ads campaigns (PPC, paid social)
- Experience using tools such as WordPress, Intercom, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Semrush will be a plus
- An ability to work with numbers
- Knowledge of audience targeting
- Configure Facebook events
- Understanding the Facebook Algorithm
- CRO landing page knowledge
