As a Facebook Ads Specialist at AdNexus, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing high-performing Facebook advertising campaigns for our diverse clientele. If you have a proven track record of driving results, a creative mindset, and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end Facebook advertising campaigns, from strategy development to execution and analysis.
- Conduct thorough audience research and implement effective targeting strategies.
- Create compelling ad creatives, including ad copy and visuals, while ensuring brand consistency.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and analytics, aiming for maximum ROI.
- Stay informed about the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Facebook Ads into comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Facebook advertising policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 2 or more years in successfully managing Facebook advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Certification in Facebook Blueprint or similar qualifications is a plus.
