**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute targeted Facebook ad campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Create engaging ad copy and collaborate with the design team for high-performing creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, and placements.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest Facebook Ads features, tools, and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing successful Facebook ad campaigns.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and audience targeting tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ads.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads policies and compliance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Facebook Blueprint Certification (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
