**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for various clients.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
- Analyze campaign metrics and generate reports with insights & recommendations.
- Develop and implement retargeting strategies to maximize conversions.
- Stay updated with Facebook’s algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to create compelling ad creatives.
- Ensure high ROI through continuous monitoring and data-driven optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of professional experience** in Facebook & Instagram Ads management.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Pixel setup.
- Experience in audience research, targeting, and lookalike audience creation.
- Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns.
- Expertise in budget management and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for campaign improvement.
- Knowledge of other paid platforms like Google Ads is a plus.
- Must be able to work on-site in Ahmedabad.
