**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Ø Sourcing, identifying, the Requirements from Top vendors to place Consultants in quick turnaround time in permanent positions

Ø Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees, vendors and the clients

Ø Marketing our bench own consultants to the suitable requirements

Ø Submitting, scheduling interview, follow up with Vendors, negotiation of offers

Ø Posting their resumes into Dice, Monster, Hot jobs, Net-temps etc

Ø Making Follow ups with different vendors for previously submitted positions.

**Skills Required**:
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ø Must be able to create good presentation
