- Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners, engineers and other stakeholders.
- Illustrate new design ideas using UI/UX frameworks such as user research, analysis, wireframes and prototyping.
- Combine UX thinking with design execution to produce usable and intuitive UI designs.
- Plan and run user testing sessions and other design research methodologies to inform design decisions.
- Communicate and document design recommendations from a technical standpoint to developers and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of using HTML and CSS for website design. Hands-on experience with different JavaScript frameworks (JQuery etc.), Bootstrap, etc.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX design problems.
- Work within brand guidelines to reinforce brands style and voice through better product experiences.
- Work on building design processes, tools and culture at Simplify healthcare.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in direct collaboration with product leadership, development managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communicate and present your ideas and work in order to articulate the rationale for decisions that led to the output.
- Knowledge of standard and best practices for UI/UX design processes and development of proposed design.
- Due to the cross-functional nature of this role you will be a self-sufficient, an outstanding team collaborator, with the ability to self-manage your own projects and workflow to meet deadlines.
