They are seeking an UX/UI Designer. - **Skills and Responsibilities: UX/UI Designer**_ - **Key Responsibilities**:_ **Concept Development**: - Translate initial product ideas into user-centered design concepts. - Develop user flows, wireframes, and mockups based on user needs and project requirements. **Preferred Tool: Figma**: - Figma is the preferred tool for creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. - Use Figma’s collaborative features for seamless teamwork and real-time feedback with developers and stakeholders. - Manage design systems and component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency across the product ecosystem. **UI Frameworks (Vuetify)**: - Design user interfaces using UI frameworks, with a strong preference for Vuetify (or similar frameworks). - Ensure that the designs are compatible with the chosen UI framework to streamline the development process. **Prototyping & User Testing**: - Build interactive prototypes (preferably in Figma) to test and validate design concepts. - Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience. **UI Design & Interaction**: - Design clear, engaging, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. - Focus on interaction design and micro-interactions to enhance usability and user satisfaction. **User-Centered Design**: - Perform user research to understand user needs and challenges. - Create personas, user journeys, and workflows to inform design decisions that meet both business and user objectives. **Cross-functional Collaboration**: - Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with the product vision and technically feasible. - Present design ideas clearly and gather feedback to drive design improvements. **Stay Current with Design Trends**: - Keep up with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices. - Implement accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to ensure inclusive design. - **Required Skills**:_ **Figma Expertise (preferred)**: - Proficiency in Figma for design creation, prototyping, and collaborative design processes. - Experience in managing component libraries and design systems in Figma. **UI Frameworks Knowledge (Vuetify)**: - Experience in designing with UI frameworks like Vuetify, ensuring the designs align with the framework’s components and guidelines. **Prototyping & Testing**: - Ability to create interactive prototypes using Figma or other tools like InVision or Zeplin. **User-Centered Design Process**: - Strong understanding of UCD principles and experience in conducting user research and usability testing. **Visual & UI Design**: - Excellent skills in visual design, including typography, layout, and color theory. - Ability to create pixel-perfect designs that are responsive and aesthetically pleasing. **Interaction Design**: - Experience in crafting user interactions that are intuitive and delightful, with a focus on usability. **Basic Frontend Knowledge**: - Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers. **Communication & Teamwork**: - Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts clearly and work well within a team. **Agile Experience**: - Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
