_**Job Description**_

Profile: - UI-UX-Designer

We are looking for a full-stack Dot NET Developer who is motivated to contribute to our projects/products and has 2+ years’ experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure alignment with project objectives and user needs.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to transform design concepts into interactive HTML screens focusing on usability and user experience.
- Create visually appealing images, icons, and graphics to enhance the user interface and improve user engagement.
- Develop WordPress websites focusing on user experience, visual design, and functionality, leveraging themes, plugins, and custom code as needed.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and refine design solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design proficiency.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
- Experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in WordPress development, including theme customization, plugin integration, and custom coding.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Experience with animation and prototyping tools such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, or Framer.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
