**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. User Interface (UI) Design**:

- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design ideas effectively.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

**2. User Experience (UX) Design**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and flowcharts to define user interactions.
- Create prototypes and perform usability testing to refine designs.
- Analyze user feedback and data to make iterative improvements to designs.

**3. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Collaborate with product managers to align designs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback.

**4. Research & Innovation**:

- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with new design approaches to enhance user experiences.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing products and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
