- The UX team is a multidisciplinary group of experts in UX design, UX research, and UX writing, working together to deliver the best UX in the industry. We’re responsible for every step of the design thinking cycle—from identifying and validating user problems and needs, to crafting thoughtful solutions, to delivering and continuously improving them. In our dynamic and cross-functional setting, teamwork is crucial. We seek a UX Designer who is dedicated to understanding our users, pays close attention to detail, is organized and motivated by taking on new challenges every day.

- Contribute to the entire design thinking cycle - participate in discovery and problem validation activities, lead the design delivery and design validation to meet both user needs and business objectives.
- Deliver design concepts, UI workflows, interactive prototypes, low/mid/high
- fidelity wireframes, and specifications of design assets.
- Contribute to the evolution of Adform UX design framework and design system.
- Iterate your design quickly by incorporating feedback from our users and internal stakeholders, using a user-centered design approach.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX Research, UX Writing, Engineering, and SMEs throughout the product development process to achieve the best-in-class UX.
- Develop internal best practices and drive our UX design forward to ensure the highest design quality standards.

- 5+ years of Experience working in the UX field and a successful track record of building great product user experiences for various products and a portfolio that showcases your work.
- Experience in interaction design and working with design systems.
- Motivation to thoroughly explore and solve meaningful problems to make our users feel understood.
- Attention to detail and ability to approach design challenges with structure, precision, and discipline.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, good communication skills, and ability to ensure alignment among all parties.
- Proficiency working with Figma or a similar tool.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.

**Stand out by having**:

- Experience in UX design for complex SaaS platforms.
- Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative UX research.
