Salesforce Solution Architect ( Sales + Service + Loyalty) - 9+ Years
**Time: 3/3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST**
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect with strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Loyalty Management.
This role requires direct involvement in designing, configuring, and launching scalable, data-driven loyalty programs for enterprise customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Architect and implement enterprise-grade loyalty programs using Salesforce Loyalty Management.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and loyalty operations teams to define member journeys, tiers, benefits, and rewards.
- Design and configure Accrual & Redemption Rules, Tier Evaluation Rules, and ProgramMember data models.
- Customize program lifecycle flows using Flows, Apex, Custom Metadata Types, and Dynamic Interactions.
- Lead hands-on configuration of objects like Loyalty Program, Loyalty Currency, Member Benefits, and Member Transactions.
- Build and expose APIs for point balance retrieval, redemption history, tier upgrades, and external engagement integrations.
- Enable and extend Experience Cloud loyalty portals with branded loyalty dashboards, gamification components, and mobile optimization.
- Ensure integration of loyalty data with Sales Cloud (Account/Contact), Service Cloud (Case handling, service redemptions), and Marketing Cloud (journeys, triggers).
- Architect ETL and real-time flows to ingest and sync loyalty events from eCommerce, POS, CDP, or payment gateways.
- Provide deployment strategy using SFDX, unlocked packages, and manage releases via Copado or GitHub.
- Own performance, error handling, and logging strategies for loyalty transactions at scale.
- Guide analytics/reporting teams on loyalty KPIs and tracking model.
**Core Technical Competencies**:
- Sales Cloud: Campaign attribution, lead engagement history, partner influence tracking.
- Service Cloud: Loyalty case handling, member profile view, benefit redemptions, chatbot integration.
**Salesforce Loyalty Management**:
- Program Setup: Program, Member, Tiers, Benefits
- Rule Engines: Accrual Rules, Redemption Rules, Tier Evaluation Rules
- Ledger Management: Points Ledger, Transactions
- Lifecycle: Enrollments, Tier expiration, Program suspension
- Member Communications: Triggered messages, notifications, Experience Cloud personalization
- Salesforce Flows: Record-triggered, Scheduled Flows for member tier updates, expirations
- Apex: Loyalty rule extension, custom benefit logic, automated program-level triggers
- Custom Metadata: Rule configuration at scale
- Experience Cloud: Loyalty portal branding, member dashboards, interactive widgets
- Integration: Platform Events, Named Credentials, REST APIs for POS/CRM/CDP/eCommerce
- Identity & Access: External Identity Provider setup, secure portal access with MFA
- Analytics: Loyalty dashboards using Reports, Dashboards, and optional Tableau CRM
- CI/CD & DevOps: Copado, Jenkins, GitHub + SFDX
- Tools: Workbench, Postman, Salesforce Inspector, Fiddler.
**Requirements**:
- 9+ years of Salesforce experience with 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Loyalty Management experience.
- Must have led at least one enterprise-scale Loyalty Management implementation end-to-end.
**Salesforce Certified**: Loyalty Management (preferred), Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I, Marketing Cloud Admin.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation models, and real-time engagement use cases
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams - marketing, sales, operations, development
- Ability to define loyalty KPIs, program success metrics, and drive customer adoption
- Excellent verbal/written communication, documentation, and stakeholder presentation skills
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
