**Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Salesforce Architect** to lead and design ERP transformation initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role will focus on implementing Salesforce-native ERP solutions like **Accounting Seed** and **Goldfinch**, while also integrating or migrating from leading ERP platforms such as **SAP, NetSuite**, and **Microsoft Dynamics**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the **architecture, design, and implementation** of ERP solutions using Salesforce-native tools or third-party ERP integrations.
- Develop and optimize **end-to-end ERP process flows** including:

- **Order-to-Cash**:

- **Procure-to-Pay**:

- **Billing & Financials**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Translate complex business requirements into **robust, scalable, and secure solutions** within Salesforce.
- Own **data architecture**, **integration planning**, and **system security configurations**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including **Finance, Operations, IT**, and third-party vendors or consultants.
- Provide **technical leadership** to Salesforce developers and administrators; conduct **design/code reviews** to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Lead **data migration efforts** from legacy ERP platforms to Salesforce or hybrid systems.
- Create and maintain detailed **technical documentation**, ensuring alignment with enterprise governance and compliance standards.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in **Salesforce Architecture and Development**.
- Proven experience with **Salesforce ERP implementations**, particularly Accounting Seed or Goldfinch (or similar platforms).
- Prior experience in **ERP architecture or consulting** with systems like **SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics**.
- Deep understanding of **financial systems**, **inventory**, and **supply chain** workflows.
- Strong knowledge of **Salesforce platform capabilities**, including:

- Apex, Lightning, Flows, Integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Data Migration Tools (Data Loader, ETL platforms)
- Salesforce Security & Sharing Models
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect (or other relevant certifications).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Background in software consulting or enterprise solution delivery.
