This opportunity is perfect for someone with a systems-oriented mindset and a deep understanding of financial operations, inventory management, and supply chain workflows who can create scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:
Architect and lead ERP solution rollouts on Salesforce using native tools or via integrations with systems like SAP, Dynamics, or NetSuite.

Develop comprehensive ERP process flows such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Billing, Financials, Inventory, and Reporting.

Convert complex business requirements into robust and scalable ERP solutions, whether native to Salesforce or via integration.

Own system design, including data architecture, integration planning, and security configurations.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors or consultants.

Mentor technical teams, perform code and design reviews, and maintain high-quality deliverables.

Guide data migration efforts from legacy ERP platforms into Salesforce or hybrid architectures.

Maintain detailed architectural documentation aligned with enterprise governance standards.

Must-Have Experience & Skills:
Minimum 7 years of hands-on Salesforce solution design and implementation experience.

Direct involvement in ERP implementations—either Salesforce-native (e.g., Accounting Seed, Goldfinch) or through external systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).

Strong domain knowledge in accounting, inventory, and supply chain-related business processes.

Technical proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex, LWC, API integrations, and data modeling.

Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems using middleware platforms or native APIs.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, or CTA. Accounting certifications are also a plus.

Experience in migration or integration projects involving SAP (FI/CO, MM, SD), NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or Business Central).

Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Jitterbit.

Understanding of multi-currency and multi-entity financial environments, with GAAP compliance.

Exposure to verticals like manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, or professional services.
