**Job Title: Salesforce Architect for US Based Firm**

**Shift Timings: Night Shift (US Timings)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Salesforce Design and Customization**:

- Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions based on client requirements.
- Hands-on configuration and customization of Salesforce features, ensuring optimal system performance.

**Integration Strategy**:

- Evaluate business requirements to design efficient and scalable integration solutions.

**API Development and Management**:

- Create and manage API’s for seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
- Implement best practices for API development, versioning, and security.

**Debugging and Issue Resolution**:

- Demonstrate exemplary debugging skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Work collaboratively with development teams to address and fix bugs in a timely manner.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Effectively communicate with clients to gather requirements, explain technical solutions, and address concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

**Documentation**:

- Create comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project life-cycle.

**Client Meetings and Requirements Gathering**:

- Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and requirements.
- Groom user stories and translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.

**Certifications**:

- Possess relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or similar.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and updates to provide informed recommendations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce architect with a focus on sales, service, and CPQ.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,138,691.87 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
