**About Job**:
**Responsibilities**:
Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions within the Salesforce Loyalty Cloud platform. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that adhere to best practices and company standards. Evaluate existing Salesforce environments and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and performance. Design and implement integration strategies between Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and other business systems to ensure a seamless user experience. Provide leadership and guidance to development teams, overseeing code quality and ensuring best practices are followed. Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies, incorporating this knowledge into solution designs. Conduct system audits and prepare architectural documentation to support decision-making and compliance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, preferably within the loyalty program space. Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations. Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to leverage its capabilities to solve business challenges. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to lead remote teams effectively. Salesforce Architect certification(s) highly preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
