**Job Posting Title**: Salesforce Specialist III

**Description**: Position: Commerce Cloud B2B SF lead

**Location**: Offshore (preferably India but open to APAC region)

**Work Schedule**: 8:00-5:00 EST but there is some flex. Certain weeks longer hours may be required.

**Note**: The role will be client facing, long term engagement, 12-month contract duration.

**Estimated start date**:ASAP

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Design**:_Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce Service Cloud. Must work with the CAE technical Architect and technical leads.
- **Development**_: Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including development of custom solutions and interfaces.
- **Documentation**_: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides.
- **Optimization**_: Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with company’s business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and optimize the system.
- **Code Review**:_Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and appropriate design patterns.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:_Work closely with business teams, stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for the organization’s needs.

**Must have skills**:

- Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce development tools and methodologies.
- Must have implemented Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B in conjunction with Sales Cloud.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Nice to have skills**:

- Salesforce Sales, Service, Billing, and Revenue Cloud.
- Experience in managing technical scope and client expectations.

Experience with integrating multiple technologies with Salesforce

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,300,000.00 per year
